What are the most common questions folks ask you about returning their containers?

We know you've got questions, and we've got answers:

  • Can we order multiple iReturn bins? Yes, you can! However, please note this will incur an additional monthly fee of $1.50 per extra bin.
  • Do we have to attend the pick-up in person? While it's not strictly required, we prefer that someone is present to ensure the safe return of your iReturn bin.
  • Can I request cash in hand? Absolutely! Just make sure to request this at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled pick-up service.
  • Does it cost more after the fourth free pick-up? Yes, after your initial four free pick-ups, each additional pick-up will be $2 per iReturn bin.
  • Do you take the iReturn bin? No, we only count and collect eligible containers, and even provide a free scented clean with the purchase of our Can Crusher iReturn Bin.
