Simple steps to book your pick-up
1. Browse the calendar in "Week" view below to view available days/times marked in green.
2. Email us at admin@ireturn.com.au for a 15 minute timeslot.
3. You will receive a confirmation email verifying your booking.
Please note: Changes can only be made 24 hours or more before a confirmed pick up service.
Important information for a smooth pick-up
To ensure everything runs smoothly, please take note of the following guidelines before your scheduled pick-up.
Pick-up readiness
Please be ready at the pick-up point with your bin. If you are not personally delivering the bin, please ensure the bin is easily accessible at the pick-up point.
Maximise your returns
For your benefit, it's recommended to deliver a full bin load. This helps you get the most out of each pick-up service.
If the bin is not present and accessible at the correct time and date, this will count as one of your pick-ups. If you do not notify us of a change in pick up details before 24 hours of the pick up date and time, this may also count as one of your pick-ups.
We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen bins.
