To ensure everything runs smoothly, please take note of the following guidelines before your scheduled pick-up.
Pick-up point readiness
If you are delivering the bin, please be ready at the pick-up point. If you are not delivering the bin, please ensure the bin is easily accessible at the pick-up point.
Maximise your returns
For your benefit, it's recommended to deliver a full bin load. This helps you get the most out of each pick-up service.
If the bin is not present and accessible at the correct time and date, this will count as one of your pick-ups. If you do not notify us of a change in pick up details before 24 hours of the pick up date and time, this may also count as one of your pick-ups.
