Common questions about how iReturn works

We know you've got questions, and we've got answers:

  • How many crushed cans can I fit in the iReturn can crusher bin? We cannot guarantee the exact number, however, a full bin usually holds up to approximately 150 ($16.50) cans.  
  • Can we order multiple iReturn bins? Yes for members, no for non-members. They're $50 each. Also, the monthly fee of $1.50 applies 'per bin', which starts in your 2nd yr (1st yr = no monthly service fees!!!)
  • Do we have to attend the pick-up in person? While it's not strictly required, we prefer someone be present. 
  • Can I request cash in hand? Absolutely! If requested at least '24 hrs' in advance of your scheduled pick-up service.
