If you don't have the minimum number of full 100L bags as per your membership, we ask that you please wait until the next pick-up.
Important information for a smooth pick-up
To ensure everything runs smoothly, please take note of the following guidelines before your scheduled pick-up.
Pick-up readiness
Please be ready at the pick-up point with your bins
If you are not personally handing them over, please ensure the bin is easily accessible at the pick-up point
Please note: We do not take responsibility for bins that grow legs and disappear
Maximise your returns
The more containers the better the return
If you are providing many large bins and would like your own pick up service, please contact us via email to discuss
