Membership

Membership Policy and Guideline:

- By choosing our membership valued at $75, you also receive a free 32L bin & can crusher - upgrading to one of our 60L bin options will incur an additional cost. 

- Members can enjoy 4 free pick ups per year. A fee of $1.50 applies to all additional pickups. 

- For all new memberships, there will be no monthly fees for the first year.

- The monthly membership fee of $1.50 ($18 per year) will kick in at the start of your second year. This will be automatically deducted from your nominated account, in advance. 

- Monthly fees are allocated per bin, not per membership. Eg) 2 x bins = $3 per month. 

- Our service is only provided to the number of cans that fit inside the iReturn bins plus one extra bin bag of approximately the same size. 

- For regular consumers of container products, iReturn recommends upgrading to the 60L bin to maximise your storage & reduce the number of pickups. 

- The larger storage friendly options are designed for customers who go through more containers than others, so please consider the option to upgrade before purchasing, as swapping bin sizes may take a while depending on available stock and drivers.  

- Swapping bin sizes can be arranged however additional costs will be incurred. Please contact admin via email for further information. 

- We do not guarantee on the exact or thereabouts number of containers that will fit inside our bins. We recommended to crush down your eligible containers with the can crusher or by other means.

- We do not take responsibility for any damage to property or persons that may result from use of the products provided. 

- As iReturn is still in its pilot phase, we are only accepting memberships for residents in the Gold Coast & Tweed Heads Shire. We aim to expand into Brisbane, then Sydney in the coming 12-24 months.
